To support the launch and growth of our activities in Djamo Entities, we are looking for a Staff Engineer (Frontend).

About the role

You will be responsible for architecting and developing mobile components in a fast-paced environment. The team you will be part of will be supporting a wide range of experiences, like virtual cards, transactions ledger, statistics, support, and more. You would be directly working with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers. Your role as an experienced engineer will be to move Djamo's app to the scalable and powerful application stage. You will have to evaluate technologies and implement them in a way that benefits the most to our user base.

Your Tasks

Architect and develop efficient components that will be working on environments with high constraints such as lower-end devices, and low bandwidth areas. Build modular, reusable components and features. Focus on rendering performance to ensure a superior experience for a heavy interaction platform. Continuously work to bolster front-end design and implementation processes to improve quality and efficiency. Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to deliver best-in-class user experience.

Your Profile

5+ years of professional software development experience. Agile, quick self-learner, highly self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership, and creative problem solver; Deeply passionate about software coding/development and building great mobile applications;
