About the role

Dripos is a customer-obsessed company that uses the lean startup methodology to make an all-in-one solution for Coffee Shops. We take customers from relying on 5-10 different solutions to run their business to only needing Dripos for all their needs (ordering, scheduling, payroll, etc). We work closely with our partnered locations to build their dream product while internally working at a lightning pace to create a truly unique relationship with our customers.

We’re looking for highly personal people to join our sales team who are excited about building a new platform currently focused on the coffee industry. People who can quickly absorb information, retain it, and present it clearly and concisely. We pride ourselves on our consultative approach to sales. We do not use pushy sales tactics to get people over the line; we let our product do the talking.

We are a growth-oriented startup, and the top priority for our sales team is propelling that growth. Our one-of-a-kind success team handles all relationships post-launch, allowing you to focus 90% of your time on building and managing your pipeline. You will occasionally attend launches with multi-location accounts to provide white glove service, which tremendously helps drive referrals and word of mouth.

Responsibilities

We want to bring people in who are familiar with full-cycle sales. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

  • Cold Outreach - Each rep will have a list of cold leads that they will be responsible to connect with via call or email in an effort to book the first demo with the customer.
  • Product Demos - Making sales presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of a product or service to address the customer's needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing - Overcoming objections & securing agreements with customers.
  • Meet & Exceed Targets - Being held accountable for achieving revenue goals.

We are looking for

  • Someone with at least one to two years of closing deals
  • Has a good understanding of how startups work, either firsthand or through other means
  • Someone very outgoing with a high emotional intelligence

We have embraced the no-rules rules culture originating from Netflix. We believe in unlimited time off, no approvals, no overbearing managers, and a culture of transparency with continuous constructive feedback. All we ask is that you work as hard as you can to bring the customer and company vision to life.

We have an office in Manhattan, and we believe in-person work really helps build our culture and is generally a lot more fun. We are a fully in-person team and require office attendance five days a week. We take an hour off as a company to cater lunches and have time for everyone to sit down and talk about their day.
