Our Talent Acquisition team is growing and we’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to support our Hardware and R&D team hiring. As the Senior Technical Sourcer you will identify and engage top technical talent across business critical roles and maintain a bench for future talent placements.

This role requires in office presence at our San Francisco office 3-4 days a week.

How you’ll contribute

• Own sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles in our Hardware and R&D teams
• Build robust talent funnels for current and future searches focused on Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Machine Learning
• Identify new channels for emerging talent and nurture long term relationships across your network
• Be a strategic thought leader and advisor to Hiring Managers
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement in our hiring processes

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years in technical sourcing experience
• 2+ years specializing in hardware sourcing [Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Program Management]
• Proven ability to manage and run 4-5 top priority hiring searches simultaneously
