Enerjazz is building a battery swapping network for 2M+ electric vehicles in India. We are funded by YCombinator (investor in Zepto, Reddit, AirBnB etc.)
Our expectations:
Be flexible and willing to learn. Get things done very quickly. Make mistakes but don’t repeat them. Communicate and keep all the stakeholders informed.

About the interview
Interview process has 3-4 stages
- Introductory voice note/video: Ex: Please send a video/voice note explaining What is your ideal job role that you want to pursue? Why are you unhappy with your current job?
- Summarization of a work related video Ex: Some YC video on operations, product, sales we will ask you to summarize
- Online interview Here we will check basic skills, that are required for the job
- Offline interview/field assignment
In each stages we will evaluate the requirements that's mentioned in job description.
