Expansion Representative
Exo Freight provides next-generation technology that is transforming trucking logistics. Every day in the US, there are still hundreds of thousands of truck loads that are booked and coordinated by phone, fax or email. Exo Freight automates the process and adds logistics, banking, and management technology to help shippers like Walmart manage and source trucking capacity, and to help trucking companies manage their fleet and get paid quickly. Our starting point is open deck shipping - a $135 Billion dollar market - which is how you transport large and odd shaped loads.
As a Representative in the Expansion department, you will own customer relationships as the main point of contact, managing the day to day tasks to effectively operate accounts. You will focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, and expanding on existing services offered across your customer accounts.
This role is instrumental in growing existing businesses, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Provide best-in-class service to assigned core customers through excellent communication
Own customer relationships by being the main point of contact
Develop relationships vertically and horizontally within customer organizations
Utilize market knowledge and pricing tools to spot quote shipments, provide pricing upon request from customer
Focus on account growth & strategy by driving engagement to increase the adoption of EXO Freight suite of solutions
Act as final point of escalation for all customer exceptions
Create and maintain tracking and scheduling SOP docs for assigned accounts to make sharing of knowledge easier
Working with Acquisition during the onboarding process of new accounts to provide seamless transition
Determine the overall business strategy for the account and collaborate cross functionally to execute on the strategy
Provide opportunity status by regularly updating SFDC, doing weekly forecasts and participating in monthly & quarterly business reviews
Drive data insights, breaking down high level business problems into concrete systematic solutions
About You:
2-4 years experience in a managing/operations role with a demonstrable track record, open deck experience is a huge plus but not required.
You are an outside the box thinker and possess a highly competitive nature
A passion for problem-solving and are comfortable with ambiguity
