Role Summary

Eze’s Head of Sales, HK will have end to end responsibility for the customer experience and growth of sales within HK. You will work with the Co-Founders to develop annual and quarterly strategic plans to meet defined targets and manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. The Head of Sales, HK will also assist with managing complaints and resolving issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation. Exceptional performance leads to promotion tracks for VP of Sales. This role is for an experienced professional or former founder excited to get his/her hands dirty and build a global e-commerce platform. A strong performer will feel and be treated as a founding member of Eze and compensated accordingly.

List of Responsibilities:

💰 Sales & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as necessary
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing sales-related crises, such as product recalls, negative publicity, or major changes in the market.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.

👥 Team Management & Training

  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed and monitor members’ performance.
  • Conduct daily stand-up team meetings to review progress, share updates, and foster a collaborative environment
  • Ensure the sales team is trained on how to use these technologies and monitor their usage to ensure compliance and maximum benefit.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement sales technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales analytics tools) that can enhance the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

🫂 Customer Service & Relations

  • Ensure that the sales team is providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns and issues promptly.
  • Provide input and feedback on product development, marketing campaigns, and customer service initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all customer touchpoints.
