Head of Credit Operations

Area of Responsibilities :

1. Deliver tactical and tangible collection and risk management initiatives to provide healthy credit operations
2. Collaborate with technology team (Data & Machine Learning) to achieve effective & efficient credit operations process.
3. Expand, manage and maintain credit partnership with key external stakeholders.
4. Lead the entire credit operations team to provide excellent service towards customer and lender.
5. Create, uphold, update, revise and maintain all the internal credit operations process & procedure as needed.

Role Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of solid experience in risk and credit operations is mandatory.
2. Possess good managerial capabilities
3. Comprehensive and complete knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations related with credit and risk
4. Strong English and Bahasa, with experience speaking with external stakeholders such as debt financing institutions or investors
5. Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, more liked if has experience collaborating with data machine learning.
