Enterprise Design Consultant

About the Role

FlutterFlow is seeking an Enterprise Design Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you'll provide design-centric guidance and support to our largest Enterprise clients to enhance their digital experiences and outcomes using FlutterFlow. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, user experience, and empowering others through thoughtful support and collaboration.

This is a full-time, remote position for anywhere in the world we can legally hire with a preference for candidates in NA, LATAM, and APAC.

What You Will Work On

Customer Support and Enablement: Provide expert design support to FlutterFlow Enterprise customers. Assist customers in overcoming design challenges and optimizing their use of FlutterFlow to achieve superior user experiences.

Training and Workshops: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions and workshops to customer and partner teams, focusing on design best practices and FlutterFlow features and ensuring successful application designs.

Product Expertise: Serve as a design and user experience expert within the FlutterFlow community. Provide insights on product features from a design perspective and help troubleshoot design-related issues.

Knowledge Base Contribution: Regularly update our online Knowledge Base with new articles, tutorials, and design tips to ensure our resources remain current with the latest design trends and FlutterFlow features.

Solutions Development: Regularly contribute to and build internal design solutions to support the solutions team in showcasing FlutterFlow’s design capabilities for enterprise customers.

Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between our customers and engineering teams by identifying and communicating common design requests, bugs, and technical issues, thereby influencing product improvements.

Who You Are

Eye for Great Design: You have at least 3+ years of professional experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design skills.

Educator at Heart: You love sharing knowledge and empowering others. Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or similar educational activities is a big plus.

Empathetic and Customer-Focused: You genuinely desire to help people solve design problems. You can empathize with users and are committed to providing the highest standard of service.

Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.

Organized and Adaptive: Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Willing to Travel: three to four team trips a year (some international), plus meeting with clients as needed.

Bonus Points

Mobile/Web App Design Experience: Previous experience in mobile application design is highly valued.

FlutterFlow Experience: Direct experience with FlutterFlow will make you stand out.

Language: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
