About the role
Take a lead role in building complex software systems including architectural proposals, code reviews, and hands-on coding Ensure technical designs support our goals of quality, performance, scalability and security Design scalable APIs from scratch and implement to power customer facing and internal tools: public e-commerce site, internal Gift Manager, inventory management and supplier dashboard Develop integrations with common SAAS software: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Management (HRM), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Work with executive team to set priorities and create a long-term product roadmap Collaborate with designers in product development Create an engineering culture of ownership, accountability, testing, and measurement
