About the role

At Humaans, we understand that the heart of customer engagement lies in the ability to market products that not only meet but exceed expectations.

The role of a Product Marketing Manager is pivotal in crafting and conveying our unique value propositions to both new and existing customers, ensuring that every interaction enhances their experience and engagement with our products. Through strategic market analysis, compelling messaging, and targeted go-to-market strategies, you will be instrumental in driving product adoption and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to our mutual success.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the core of our product communication strategies, working closely with our teams to launch, promote, and elevate our products. You'll use your insights, creativity, and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, tailor our messaging, and articulate the tangible benefits our technology brings to businesses.

If you're passionate about making a tangible impact through strategic marketing and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

About us

Hi, we’re Humaans! We help globally scaling organisations transform their HR processes with a human-centric approach.

At Humaans, we want to empower People teams to create a customisable HR stack by offering flexibility and scalability to seamlessly integrate with other best in class platforms and point solutions, such as Google Workplace, Slack, Okta, Greenhouse, Lattice, DocuSign and more. The stack enables companies to manage employee data, documents, contracts, reporting, and people processes that power your entire HR structure.

We have raised $20 million in VC funding to date. Investors include major tech players such as Lachy Groom; Slack founder Stewart Butterfield; Shopify founder Tobias Lütke; Figma Founder Dylan Field; Linkedin ex-CEO Jeff Weiner; Stripe COO Claire Johnson; Y Combinator; Moonfire; Frontline Ventures; Exor and more.

Our journey is only at the beginning, and we’re looking for people excited about driving real impact. As a human centred company (quite literally), every team member counts - and that’s where you come in.

You’re excited by:

  • Establishing a product marketing approach designed to elevate our relationships with customers and consistently contextualize the value that we can provide to the users and businesses we partner with.

  • Conducting in-depth market, customer, and competitor research to uncover insights and identify market opportunities that inform both positioning and product development.

  • Taking ownership of product and feature launches, managing the process end-to-end from working with Product & Engineering to understand the value proposition, to making announcements and monitoring market adoption.

  • Crafting and executing messaging and positioning that resonate with your target audience and clearly communicate the benefits of the platform.

  • Being hands-on and understanding every aspect of our products, using this knowledge to drive improvements in how we go to market and distribute.

  • Working across multiple channels to create a consistent storyline across content, ads, and sales materials.

Things that will get us excited about you:

  • A proven track record in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, especially in the Mid-Market segment.

  • You are execution- and result-oriented, with a growth mindset focused on initiatives that drive high impact.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful product launches, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

  • A strong commercial mindset, capable of navigating competitive landscapes and driving long-term customer value.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to drive strategy and business decisions.

  • Proven ability to translate customer insights and sales needs into Go-To-Market (GTM) fundamentals: customer segmentation, messaging, sales collateral, and more.

  • Incredible verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into comprehensive and compelling narratives.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities, ideally with experience in early-stage company growth (Series A to C stages).

Package & Benefits

Early stage startups can be messy – we know that. We're putting effort in providing you with the best employee experience and a quality driven environment in exchange for trusting us.

  • Salary. Competitive compensation.

  • Equity. Meaningful equity so that you own part of the company.

  • Flexible working schedule. We're outcome-oriented.

  • Time off. 25 days of paid time off per year plus public holidays.

  • Health. Private health and dental insurance.

  • Technology. A brand new MacBook (or whatever equipment you need).

  • Learning and development. Budget for books and other resources you need.

Our Commitment to Diversity

At Humaans we’re looking for genuinely good people that are transparent and emphatic. We’re committed to providing equal opportunities, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring a fair interview process for everyone. You’re welcome to apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race.
