The co-founders, Kunal Popat (Ex-CEO of Shift Risk Insurance Brokers Ltd.) with more than 15 years of experience in insurance industry and Rachit Puri (Ex-PayU, Paytm) with more than 15 years of experience in technology have a vision to empower insurance intermediaries to revolutionize total employee healthcare in India.

In a startup, a marketing person typically wears multiple hats and needs to be versatile. They often:

1. Have a deep understanding of the startup's target market and audience.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth.
3. Utilize various channels such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising to reach the target audience.
4. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
5. Collaborate closely with other teams such as product development, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging and strategy.
