Sales Development Representative
About the role
About the Role: We are looking for a sales development representative for our business in India. This will start as an IC role with the opportunity to move into a leadership position for the SDR team and build your career at the intersection of SaaS and fintech. You will
- Identify potential customers for inai after understanding our value proposition in detail.
- Leverage multiple data sources like Apollo, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc to identify and enrich leads.
- Utilize your network, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives (AEs).
- Work with a team of junior SDRs and Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Be extremely diligent in terms of your outreach, and lead qualification before handing over to AEs. What are we looking for?
- 1-3 years experience as SDR or in lead generation.
- Familiarity with lead gen tools would be a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Strong communication skills.
- Drive- we are growing fast and would prefer someone who wants to take their career to the next level with us.
- Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of a technical product.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
