Kapacity.io helps building owners reduce energy costs and emissions with an optimization platform.

We are not actively hiring at the moment, but we always welcome open applications. We are seeking ambitious individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on both people and the planet. Please note that we review these applications periodically, and opportunities may arise infrequently.

The office language is English. We are happy to support you if you are interested in learning Finnish or any other new language. As we are recruiting for early employees, we do require that you are able to frequently work with the team at our Helsinki office. Remote work is possible on a regular basis, but we strongly believe that being present at the office helps build the company culture in the best possible way.

We have a three staged interview process. After each stage, we will inform the candidate if they are invited to proceed with us to the next stage.

1. A first interview with two Kapacity.io team members; discussion on the goals of the company and how this job will help reach them & discussion on the personal aspirations of the candidate.
2. A technical interview, were the candidate presents their solution to a programming challenge that has been given beforehand.
3. A meeting with the founding team to discuss company culture, specific role and compensation expectations.
