About the role

Job Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in CRM management and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will optimize our sales processes, manage data flows, and provide insights for enhanced business performance. Successful experience in deal flow management, automation, and lead quality analysis is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and customize CRM workflows, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Implement best practices for data hygiene and security.
  • Analyze and optimize the flow of deals to the sales team. Collaborate with sales and marketing for seamless deal progression.
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline processes. Identify and implement automation opportunities for increased productivity.
  • Evaluate lead quality through data-driven insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on caller performance and lead conversion. Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Utilize advanced functions in Excel and Google Sheets for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct competitive research and events sourcing to inform lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience with customization.
  • Knowledge of automation tools with a proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
