About the role

Hi, I’m Nick, cofounder and Chief Product Officer at MedMe Health. At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond prescribing for patients in the community. Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that empowers pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. We help pharmacies transform into community health hubs.

We are building software for an industry that has relied on pen and paper throughout its history. This is why crafting, building, and constantly improving the end-to-end customer experience is essential. It’s crucial that we listen deeply to the diverse needs of our pharmacies which could be located anywhere from dense urban jungles to small remote communities. MedMe has the two largest pharmacy chains in Canada as clients; we are servicing over 3500 pharmacies, and we've powered over 14 million patient services. About the Role

As the clinical pharmacy program manager you will have the autonomy to shape the care that is provided to pharmacies across the nation. Ever felt that pharmacists could be providing even more comprehensive care but they’re missing the tools needed to do so? Here’s your chance to make a direct impact. Using your expertise in clinical program management you’ll interface with stakeholders across the pharmacy landscape including independent owners, pharmacy managers, head office operators, and many more to gather requirements and create clinical programs.

You will be an individual contributor with significant autonomy, ownership, and impact on the platform and throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product team & Customer Success teams to ensure up-to-date, accurate clinical considerations are made across all MedMe features/use cases in a timely manner
  • Research and scope new professional services and manage the end-to-end product design and execution journey from ideation to production
  • Direct ownership over the go-to-market strategy for new clinical program rollouts (eg. coordinating customer success, product marketing, etc. for rollout)
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to manage our professional services roadmap including writing tickets, managing the team via Kanban board, and building a long-term roadmap
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leaders across the nation to develop new clinical programs that support pharmacy teams in conducting more services
  • Monitoring program success, getting feedback from customers, and iterating as-needed to ensure products are valuable and impactful to the pharmacies they serve

What you Bring to the Table

  • (MUST) Experience launching successful clinical programs in pharmacies/other healthcare settings at scale
  • Exceptional research and communication skills, particularly strong compliance & regulatory knowledge to ensure programs meet provincial/state requirements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to think out of the box and varied experiences across pharmacy
  • Motivation to learn about our product development cycle and learn new skills to collaborate across teams (Product, Customer success)
  • Data-informed decision making, and comfort in using analytical tools such as excel, SQL (a bonus)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines
  • Curiosity about the unknown and the desire to learn

Bonus:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare startup or rapidly scaling company
  • Previous experience within head office operations at large pharmacy enterprises

The Interview Process

  • Round 1: Phone screen with a member of the Talent team
  • Round 2: Virtual 45-minute interview with Taher (Clinical Product Lead)
  • Round 3: Virtual 1-hour interview with our Founders
  • Round 4: Virtual 30-minute meeting with the Product team

Annual Salary ranges from $80,000 - $110,000 CAD with additional stock options

Location

We are fully remote in Canada, however, we like to plan on-site team retreats!
