What you’ll do

As a member of our team, you will:

• Own some of the modules in Mesh product line end-to-end, contributing to successful product launches and driving innovation within the company
• Own product roadmap and strategy for the modules they are responsible for based on business and customer impact
• Write detailed PRDs that explain to designers and engineers what is being built, ensuring clear communication and effective execution
• Have a thoughtful POV on the product and modules they own, ensuring a data-driven approach to product development
• Own the delivery of these modules along with engineering, closely monitoring project plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any potential delays or roadblocks
• Work with all the relevant stakeholders to build consensus on what and how the product is built, ensuring successful product launches
• Communicate and train the client-facing teams in our product strategy and any objection handling, contributing to a positive customer experience
• Lead and mentor APM/PMs, ensuring team growth and development
• Define and track key product metrics and use data to make informed decisions, contributing to a data-driven approach to product development
• Own product copy, UX copy, and knowledge base articles, ensuring clear and compelling communication of product benefits and features to customers and prospects
• Work with product marketing on customer-facing collaterals, contributing to successful product launches and customer engagement.

What you will need

• 6-8 years of product management experience with a successful track record, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong ownership mentality and receptive to feedback from various sources.
• Strong eye for design and user experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of APM/PMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Empathy towards internal and external stakeholders.
