As a member of the Partnerships team, you will own the long-term relationships with our highest-potential partners. You will nurture and manage established relationships to enable our partners' success and increase distribution and adoption of Middesk.
You will be an extension of our partners' team for all things, including lead generation, sales, product enablement, and high-level strategy. You will bounce ideas off them, solve critical business challenges, answer questions, advocate for their needs, and find win-win solutions for both our partners and for Middesk.
You will help Middesk define and build a repeatable, scalable partner program that produces consistent revenue to the business. You will define and execute strategies across partner evaluation, acquisition, implementation, and enablement.
You will work with new prospects to develop a strategic vision for the partnership, and help bring that plan to fruition.
You will become a market expert, identitfy trends, and package learnings to make recommendations to leadership on where high-potential partner opportunities exist and how to go after them.
You will work with and manage cross-functional team members across sales, marketing, customer support, and product and engineering to support the needs of each partnership.

The Partnerships team at Middesk is responsible for delivering a significant portion of Middesk's growth targets both in terms of pipeline generation and revenue. By managing our existing partners and identifying new opportunities to expand and grow these relationships, you will have direct impact on Middesk's growth trajectory.
The most critical part to building a successful partnership is the start. We need your help building a repeatable launch process that shortens the time-to-ramp for a new partner.
