Head of Marketing

In a world influenced by marketing, we are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to embark on a fulfilling journey with our team. You will play a crucial role in crafting a marketing strategy that scales us from $10m to $30m as well as also assembling and leading a team of experts that are capable of executing the ambitious goals we've set.

<h2>Skills that set you apart:</h2> <ul> <li>Exceptional marketing and communication skills across various platforms – ads, emails, affiliates, webinars, and more.</li> <li>Strategic thinking prowess, capable of breaking down company goals into actionable steps.</li> <li>A track record of scaling large revenues, showcasing your growth expertise.</li> <li>Deep experience in both performance and brand marketing activities.</li> <li>A knack for people leadership and management, empowering, coaching and developing teams to their fullest potential.</li> <li>Strong B2B and B2C marketing experience is a plus to navigate the diverse landscape.</li> <li>Successfully scaling marketing functions in founder-led environments would be highly valued.</li> </ul>

<h2>What you'll be doing:</h2> In this critical role, you'll spearhead our marketing strategy, prioritising actions for ambitious growth goals. Leading a high-performing marketing team, you'll establish effective execution processes and champion craftsmanship through detailed feedback and support.

Navigating diverse channels, you'll identify ideal mixes for both healthcare professionals and consumers, while consistently tracking key metrics. Your hands-on approach ensures not only leadership but active execution, and your collaborative spirit ensures cross-functional priorities align with our brand for high-converting success.
