We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the implementation of Netomi solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass operational management, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. With your expertise, you will take on important roles within the business, overseeing every part of your assigned implementation tasks. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success managers to scope out projects and gather requirements.
  • Serve as the technical project lead, providing solution architecture design for moderate to complex projects.
  • Perform configuration and troubleshooting tasks for Netomi's solution(s).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in a centralized repository.
  • Analyze customer health and provide valuable insights to improve performance.
  • Drive efficiency in project delivery through proactive initiatives.
  • Train and enable new enterprise clients on the Netomi platform.
  • Lead conversational design efforts to implement customer requirements.
  • Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate implementation strategies and best practices.
  • Review and recommend improvements to operational procedures and business activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-6 years of overall experience in Project Management, preferably in a consulting organization.
  • At least 2 years of experience in conceptualizing and deploying solutions for SaaS-based organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
  • Proven proficiency in client and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to deliver results under stressful conditions and meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in implementing SaaS products is essential.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong tool proficiency in JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API integrations.
  • Basic to moderate understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts.
