Software Engineer - Integrations (Node.js / TypeScript)

We're looking for a software engineer to join our integrations team at Paragon! Integrations are the lifeblood of Paragon, and you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to architect, develop, and scale Paragon's integrations with third-party SaaS apps while helping make key decision to influence our engineering strategy and product roadmap.

Compensation: $60,000-120,000 with 0.01% to 0.05% Equity in Paragon

What you'll do

• <u>Develop, Enhance, Create</u>

• Collaborate with senior engineers to craft solutions for Paragon's integrations with third-party SaaS applications

• Continuously enhance and refine existing integration functionalities, supporting a best-in-class experience for our customers

• Play an integral role in identifying opportunities for improvement within Paragon's integrations framework

• Actively contribute to the execution and testing of cutting-edge features

• Take ownership of understanding diverse customer use cases

• Make impactful contributions to key product and architecture decisions

• Support Paragon's mission by gathering and analyzing user feedback

• Help lead the growth of our engineering team and shape Paragon's culture

You should have

• 2+ years experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Experiencing developing integrations with third-party SaaS APIs
• Confidence working in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment where you'll be responsible for decisions that influence the direction of the company

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks and tools
• A strong eye for design and intuition for building a great user experience
