Job description
We are seeking a founding engineer excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a fast growing company and own projects start-to-end. As our 1st hire, your opinions and perspectives will impact the company’s product and culture as much as we do.
We are looking for individuals who love to learn across multiple disciplines, and see their career as a tool to grow into the best versions of themselves.
Are you an aspiring future founder? Come learn, build, and grow with us!
Example projects include:
- Developing a semantic people and company search engine using RAG.
- Building ETL pipelines to handle the ingestion of extensive person and company datasets exceeding 800M+ rows.
- Implementing person and company identity normalization.
Nice to have
- You have built and launched a product from scratch. You might have led a project, been a founder previously, or built an impressive side project.
- Previous early startup experience (e.g. first 10 employees).
- Experience working directly with end users.
