Our mission is to revolutionize the energy sector by delivering cutting-edge, eco-friendly energy storage solutions that enhance operational efficiency and resilience while reducing carbon footprints. As the Head of Growth at POSH, you will spearhead our market expansion and customer acquisition strategies, driving the adoption of our innovative energy storage solutions across commercial and industrial sectors. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the energy market, a passion for sustainability, and a proven track record in scaling businesses. You will work closely with the executive team to set growth objectives, develop strategic partnerships, and lead our marketing and sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with POSH’s mission and market opportunities. Identify new market segments and geographic areas for expansion.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead initiatives to identify, engage, and secure commercial and industrial customers, leveraging innovative marketing and sales strategies to drive adoption of our energy storage solutions.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, technology providers, and other relevant organizations to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing growth team across marketing, sales, and business development functions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs, informing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth-focused roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably within the energy sector or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business operations, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and clean technology solutions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial and industrial energy markets, with a passion for sustainability and clean energy technologies.
