Some things I have built in the past: Speechify Chrome Extension (~three weeks), Speechify's Kindle Integration (~1 week), Speechify API (over a weekend), DocTalk Pulse EMR for doctors (~three weeks), DocTalk doctor and patients apps for iOS and Android (~two months).
