Background Qualifications
First Round - Screening Call (30m) The Hiring Manager will walk through your experience, the role, and make sure we are in alignment with the expectations (75% Behavioral, 25% Technical).
Second Round (45 min) Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Engineering (25% Behavioral, 75% Technical). These are the folks you will daily with on programatic execution and high level product architecture.
Third Round (45 min) Interview with the Head of Product and the Engineering Manager (25% Behavioral, 75% Technical). These are the folks you with to bring back product insights and to understand resources required when proposing a solution.
Reference Check The Hiring Manager will ask for 2 references within the last 5 years. These can be former managers or colleagues.
Offer The hiring manager will reach out with a verbal offer and a formal offer within 24 hours of notification.
Reverse Reference Check We will coordinate a time for you to meet 1:1 with a recent new hire to ask questions about working at Quindar.
