With an aging population, an overstretched radiology workforce, and healthcare generating over 30% of the world's data, the use of AI in clinical settings is on the rise. Cutting-edge AI algorithms can automate nearly 60% of diagnostic workflows, positively influencing patient outcomes. However, the implementation of AI in radiology is challenging due to inadequate infrastructure and lack of MLOps tools.

We aim to address this issue by establishing the foundational layer for AI in radiology, enabling any AI team to transition from raw data to FDA-approved AI. Currently, our focus is on developing sophisticated medical imaging annotation tools. Starting in 2024, we will also begin creating tools for other facets of the MLOps stack.

We're expanding our team of elite engineers and seeking individuals who are excited about tackling complex engineering challenges at a rapid pace. What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain software solutions to support the annotation of 3D medical images and facilitate the training of AI models.
• Build and optimize production web servers and cloud infrastructure using Python 3.
• Utilize asynchronous programming techniques, particularly async/await, to handle data-intensive tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and adherence to project timelines.
• Take ownership of the development process from conception to deployment, ensuring world-class execution and the delivery of high-quality products.

What we expect

• Proven experience in building production web servers and cloud technology using Python 3.
• Expertise in writing asynchronous code, with a strong preference for experience with async/await in Python 3.
• A deep passion for achieving excellence in execution and delivering world-class products.

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience developing software for hospital environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with medical imaging technology, including DICOM standards, and experience working with related tools and protocols.

Technical Interview

The technical interview will test programming skills relevant to our product. You can expect this interview to last approximately 1 hour. We will provide you with adequate before and during the interview.
