Job Description:

As an AI Engineer at Rejoy Health, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-powered at-home physical therapy platform. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and physical therapists to create innovative solutions that improve the lives of our users. Your expertise in AI and machine learning will be essential in developing algorithms, models, and data-driven insights that optimize the effectiveness and personalization of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance our at-home physical therapy platform's capabilities and effectiveness.

Collaborate with data scientists and physical therapists to gather and analyze data, identifying patterns and trends that inform improvements in user experiences and outcomes.

Develop and maintain AI algorithms for real-time movement analysis and feedback during at-home physical therapy sessions.

Improve and optimize existing AI models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.

Implement data pipelines for efficient data processing and integration into the AI models.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and bring innovative ideas to enhance our products.

Ensure that the AI components of our platform comply with regulatory standards and best practices for data privacy and security.

Work closely with the engineering team to integrate AI capabilities into our mobile and web applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Proven experience (X years) working as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Familiarity with popular AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets to train and validate AI models.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for deploying AI applications.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Previous experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus.
