Taylor Fairbank is an open-source software maintainer and humanitarian aid worker who believes solidarity economies provide a sustainable pathway to an equitable future. In 2019 Taylor co-founded Distribute Aid, which has since delivered $20M+ of humanitarian aid between 150 community aid groups in 20 countries. Before Distribute Aid, Taylor studied Computer Science at the University of Illinois and participated in the YCW15 batch with his first ops-tech startup.
