In his time leading teams at Palantir, our CEO, Joe, saw how painful it was for his customers to adapt to a process change. It wasn’t that the change itself was difficult, it was the cascading effects - 10s, sometimes 100s, of other processes also needed updating; people weren’t informed; automations couldn’t handle it. AI only makes the problem worse, without a source of truth AI is just a parrot of misinformation. This is particularly apparent when compliance changes come into effect where the cost is, well, costly.
