How we got here
In his time leading teams at Palantir, our CEO, Joe, saw how painful it was for his customers to adapt to a process change. It wasn’t that the change itself was difficult, it was the cascading effects - 10s, sometimes 100s, of other processes also needed updating; people weren’t informed; automations couldn’t handle it. AI only makes the problem worse, without a source of truth AI is just a parrot of misinformation. This is particularly apparent when compliance changes come into effect where the cost is, well, costly.
Shav, our CTO, was building real-time AI & data-streaming stacks in the fintech space. He saw first-hand how critical it is to give users relevant, up-to-date information. These insights, alongside his modelling expertise, shaped SAMMY’s AI architecture to continuously map and update all knowledge across an org in realtime.
