Your Role:

• Architect and build the core components of the R2R RAG framework
• Refine and scale SciPhi's cloud platform to deliver seamless and efficient RAG solutions
• Design and implement high-performance retrieval pipelines
• Contribute to defining the product roadmap and strategic direction of the company
• Engage in cutting-edge research collaborations and publish impactful work

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, or related fields, with a passion for pushing the limits of AI.
• Experience with RAG systems, dense vector search, or LLMs, and a drive to innovate in these areas.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to execute with ambiguous scope, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Dedication to achieving excellence and a relentless pursuit of groundbreaking solutions.
• Evidence of leadership and management capabilities, ready to guide and inspire our team.

• Proven track record of building and shipping successful AI products that have made a tangible impact.
• Contributions to top open-source projects or research publications, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
