Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

    • Be the go-to expert for clients, guiding them through Secoda's features and benefits.
  3. In-Depth Product Expertise:

    • Stay abreast of the latest trends in data management and AI to provide insightful solutions.
    • Tailor Secoda’s offerings to fit each client’s specific data environment.
  4. Strategic Initiatives:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to our strategic goals.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
    • Share market feedback to aid in product development.
  6. Market Insight:

    • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the tech or software industry.
  • Robust understanding of data management solutions and AI applications.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship-building prowess, with an ability to connect with decision-makers.
  • Self-starter mentality, driven to achieve and exceed objectives.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in SaaS or data-related product sales.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and understanding sales analytics.
  • Passion for technology and its potential in transforming businesses.
