The Role

• End-to-end channel ownership including strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, and optimization.
• Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast, and develop new strategies that will inform future business decisions.
• Design and execute an always-on testing process that establishes a test roadmap, hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to campaign optimization and iteration
• Collaborate with channel leads and cross-functional teams to accelerate overall business growth.

Who are you?

• 3 + years of experience building, executing, and scaling paid social campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, and Google, either in-house or agency
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
• Experience with 1st party and 3rd party audience strategy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
