As we continue to expand at an incredible pace, we're looking for a visionary Growth Lead & Go-to-Market Partner to turbocharge our expansion and market penetration strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in strategic planning, market analysis, and dynamic, fast-paced environments.

⛰️Your Challenge:

• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to widen SolarMente's market reach.
• Analyze market trends for new opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless market launches.
• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.

🔐Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth strategies and market entry, ideally in the renewable energy sector or startups.
• Expertise in developing and implementing go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
• Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English (minimum B1).
