Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Lead Generation Specialist

Work Hours: Night Shift (8 PM - 4 AM IST)

Job Overview: Stayflexi is seeking a highly driven and proficient Sales Account Executive to join our Lead Generation team, targeting U.S. markets. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in high-energy environments and are looking to leverage their language skills to enhance sales outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating the sales process by reaching out to potential clients in the U.S. during night hours to align with business hours across various U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to potential clients to generate new sales leads.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Stayflexi's offerings to potential clients, with a focus on understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of calls and outcomes in our CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-ups.
  • Utilize excellent listening skills to accurately gauge potential client requirements and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Keep up-to-date with Stayflexi's products and services as well as overall industry trends to effectively discuss and address client queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve or exceed set sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to cater to a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and inform effectively.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours.
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
