IT Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT team in our Santa Clara office. You will be working closely with our IT Manager and other team members and help with maintaining and improving our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
2. Provide technical support to our staff and assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.
3. Participate in implementing IT projects and system upgrades.
4. Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment and software.
5. Help in documenting IT processes and maintaining up-to-date system diagrams.

Qualifications:

1. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
