Turns out human-level conversation is a really hard problem. We (Jordan and Nikhil 👋) are hard at work building the infra + API, and are looking for someone to join our team to help us with:

• Building custom audio models for conversational nuances
• Finetuning open-source LLMs for voice conversations
• Making everything supafast

We're looking for someone who has experience with:

• Building and training custom models
• Optimizing inference
• ML Research, ideally in conversational / audio

Ideally you:

• Work hard, and take pride in your work
• Don't need to ask before running with your ideas
• Think our product is cool ;)
