👩💻 WHAT TO EXPECT
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Python(Fast API), Go, Typescript, React, React Native, GCP.

You like to wear many hats. We are a small but mighty team, with a lot of things yet to be figured out. You are comfortable operating in such an environment.
Strongly empathetic and get energy from fixing customers issues.
💪 THE SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Proficient with Python. You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Python. You likely know other languages.
Experience with API based products
Have good communication skills. You will interact with customers directly and on a daily basis.
