As you browse the web Gmail UI in ‘Zuni Agent’ mode, Zuni can see which emails you’re reading, proactively analyse them to provide summaries, identify action items and suggest actually sensible reply options. Finally it can help you draft on-point replies. You can prompt for edits, discuss the content of emails and even war-game how you should respond, treating Zuni like a thought-partner.
