Here’s what will be in store for you at Zywa once you join as a SE

Responsibilities

Coding and Development: Collaborate with senior software engineers to design, code, test, and debug software applications, modules, or systems.

Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems, break them down into manageable components, and develop innovative solutions.

Learning and Growth: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and project work.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.

Qualifications

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or others. Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and best practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

We follow the following process for the interview:

-Initial Assignment (we will share an assignment with a deadline of 48 hours)

-Initial Fit Round (we will be evaluating the logical and creative skills, along with previous background)

-Final Assignment (we will share feedback on the initial assignment which you will have to incorporate)

-Cultural Fit Round

The typical interview process takes 10-14 days from start to finish. That said, we have moved more quickly and look to accommodate candidates who might have a short timeline or competing offers. The more information you can share about your situation and where you are in the process, the more we can either attempt to expedite, or save you time .
