🐕 Corgea - Enterprise data security and privacy

We’re building Corgea - a data security and privacy platform that automates sensitive data protection and compliance in the products companies make.

Corgea monitors data traffic, classifies sensitive data (e.g., PII, PHI, payment data), and maps where it came from and who it's being shared with. It then tells you which data protection and privacy policies you need to comply with.

📖 The Story

One day, Ahmad received a massive excel sheet to fill out for a data privacy initiative. By the end of it, he had curated hundreds of data fields manually, and identified where they came from and where they were sent to. Feeling how inefficient this was for the company, he decided to automate it by building Corgea.

Ahmad previously led the payments product at Coupa and founded 2 other companies before Corgea. His last company was acquired by Coupa.
