AI prototyping tool for product managers

Alloy is an AI prototyping tool for product managers. Clone any page of your live product with the Chrome extension to turn ideas, wireframes, and Figma designs into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes your team and customers understand. Alloy's Cloud Agent connects to your codebase and takes changes from prototype to production, and its AI chat can redesign any existing website. Design to code, no engineers required.

Cloud Agents for Product Teams

Alloy is the world's first cloud agents platform built for everyone, not just engineers:

➤ Connect GitHub and run your real codebase in the cloud
➤ Chat to build your feature ideas in minutes
➤ View a direct preview, not a pixelated video stream
➤ Push code and open a pull request in one click

The story behind cloud agents

Hey! I'm Simon Kubica, CEO of Alloy. I co-founded the company with Christian Iacullo after our time working at Canva and Atlassian. We founded the company with one mission: give product leaders new superpowers.

We started with prototypes that look exactly like your product, captured from the browser. But we kept hearing the same thing from our users: the prototype was never the finish line. The moment something looked right, PMs wanted it in the real product — and that meant handing it back to engineering and starting over.

The problem is that cloud agents today are built for engineers. Cursor, Devin, and Claude Code are powerful, but they assume you can configure environments, read diffs, and live in a terminal or IDE.

We felt that going from idea to pull request shouldn't require a development environment.

So starting today, it doesn't.

Get started with Cloud Agents

With cloud agents, you build with your actual codebase in the cloud: describe a change in chat, click through a live preview of your real app (not a pixelated remote desktop), share the session with a link, and open a pull request your engineers review in GitHub like any other change. Early users like Rallied and are already using Cloud Agents to ship PM-built prototypes directly to production.

Today we're launching cloud agents to the YC community. Just visit the Alloy website to get started!

Hear from the founders

How did your company get started? (i.e., How did the founders meet? How did you come up with the idea? How did you decide to be a founder?)

The co-founders (Simon Kubica and Christian Iacullo) met in Sydney in 2016 through mutual friends. We were toying with the idea of starting a company at that point, but felt we still had a lot to learn from all of the tech companies springing up around us. Christian went to Canva, Simon went to Atlassian, and we spent about 5 years at each. Both companies turned out to be rocketships, building our skillsets and helping us grow through all of the talented people around us. Reflecting on our experiences in both companies, one of the clearest burning problems was how painful and fragmented planning was. So seven years later, we finally saw the opportunity to bring a product of our own into the world, starting with Index and then following up with our second product, Alloy.

What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?

We’re building Alloy which is the first AI Prototyping tool for Product Managers. It’s tailored to professional product teams (rather than hobbyists) and builds prototypes that look exactly like your product. We just launched our website cloner this week to make it even easier for anyone to start with their existing UI, rather than recreating it from scratch.
