One big challenge of KYB is managing documents in different formats and languages. We’ve built a new LLM plugin with OCR capability that can scan various document types (e.g. bank statements, utility bills, etc.) in different formats and languages and map the information to the appropriate fields, which allows you to apply rules on top of it.
