Entrepreneurial Business Developer

The mission

Bemlo is the platform that helps healthcare facilities to fill vacant shifts. We believe that our platform is the solution to the underlying staffing issue in the healthcare industry. We work with single private elder care homes to large public regional healthcare systems with multiple hospitals and thousands of staff. We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to join our growth team and elevate our UK operations. You'll be one of the first hires and work directly with our CEO, Alex, and will be instrumental in scaling our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to position Bemlo as the market leader by growing relationships with our partners, and deploying the solution within social care organizations and private hospitals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying potential deals and successfully closing them.
• Ensuring customer success and managing the onboarding process.
• Taking full responsibility for the UK business unit - alongside our Head of UK, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to the UK, ranging from administrative tasks to sales and cultural initiatives.
• Creating and executing strategies across various domains as required, and collecting essential feedback to enhance and refine our product in collaboration with our tech team.

Who you are

• Have some previous experience within B2B SaaS sales, consulting or a similar field.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility, alongside a relentless determination to achieve targets.
• Highly proactive and capable of working autonomously, yet thrive in a team environment.
• Passionate about addressing the staffing challenges within the healthcare industry and be a part of eliminating middlemen in the healthcare industry.

About the team

The Bemlo team is currently twelve people located in London, Oslo, and Stockholm coordinating in English. We are a diverse team with strong engineering and healthcare backgrounds serving 630+ healthcare facilities. As part of the Bemlo team – look forward to bi-yearly relocations and frequent off-sites and meet-ups.

• Introduction Call: A 20-30 minute introduction call with one of our co-founders. This call is a chance for us to learn more about each other and for you to gain insights into Bemlo's mission and culture.

• 2-3 Interviews: Engage in shorter sessions where you will meet your future team members. Between the interviews, you will have quick check-ins with one of the co-founders and the Head of UK.

• Product Workshop: In this discussion with a co-founder, you'll talk about a product that inspires you and any personal projects you've been involved in. It's a chance to explore your product vision and innovative ideas.

• Trial Work Day: Finally, we organize a paid trial work day at Bemlo. This gives you a real taste of our work and team dynamics. By day's end, we aim to make you an offer, wrapping up your firsthand experience with our team and projects.
