About Us

Benchmark is building the modern operating system for investment firms. Today, Benchmark is the fastest way to screen deals, extract and normalize data from unstructured sources, and generate deal comps. However, this is just the beginning!

What we are looking for

• Ideally with 3+ years of experience building and shipping production applications
• Genuine interest in LLM's and keeps up to date with current research + models
• Self-motivated, high ownership and low ego with the ability to work through ambiguity
• Excited to work in-person with us in our Soho office 3+ days/week
• Bonus
  • Have experience working with LLMs in production
  • Have previous experience working at an early stage start-up

Things you would work on

• Driving User Value with LLMs: We are constantly looking to improve our speed and accuracy, which will require everything from LLM evaluations, prompt engineering, RAG pipeline optimization, and fine-tuning
• Building Intuitive User Interfaces: We believe AI should "just work" in the background and you will be building user experiences that hide complexity and focuses on ease of use
• Integrations: Work with customers to integrate with their existing DBs and external data sources
