Bringing internet commerce to Indonesia’s neighbourhood stores
Job Description: We are seeking a passionate member to grow and develop our community and join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping Head of Sales to run day-to-today tasks for our current community acquisition program.
Responsibilities: -Research and identify key partners for our project. -Able to strategize reseller acquisition to build new community in area together with operation teams -Engage with reseller communities in their area with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping, and co-learning within these communities -Becoming Key Person In Charge for community partnership, especially our company community -Develop reseller coordination capabilities in developing their community to be a productive community -Manage calendar events, project timelines, and event budgets. -Develop event collaboration with community partners -Do planning, concepting, and developing event marketing activities -Setup target of conversions and other KPI from event marketing and impact to platform performance -Exploring, identifying, and securing strategic partnership opportunities with related external partners -Develop, and execute event marketing calendars (hosting, tap-ins, joint event, and sponsor -Develop event sponsorship pipeline, that align between the company & the partner KPI -Collaborate with internal team and third parties
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in any social science discipline -Experience at least 1 year in developing and managing community and partners, especially in working with the government. -Excellent communication, analytical thinking, persuasive, and public relations -Event management -Strong networking & strong soft-skills; Have many acquaintances and communities, especially in UMKM, Campus, PKK, and the local community -Good interpersonal skills -Demonstrated project management & execution capabilities
Who we are looking for : -Based in Bandung -Fluent in English and have a working knowledge of either Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia, and communicates effectively -Team player and passionate about people -Excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of organisation skills -Strong interest in digital products and scaling up start-up business; Experience in social commerce is a bonus point -Passion to serve small businesses -Available to start immediately
