About the role

We are in the process of relaunching bipi with our recent pivot into the reselling space. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our platform and drive sales. Joining as at an early stage will also provide you with the opportunity to lead our relaunching efforts, and significantly contribute towards building our brand in the market.

  1. Develop the brand strategy:
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to define our unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
  • Develop a compelling brand story and messaging that resonates with our target users.
  • Create brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
  1. Marketing strategy and execution:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and increase engagement.
  • Create marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Craft compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates our value proposition to target users.
  1. Digital marketing and online presence:
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Design and relaunch website & optimize website and landing pages for user experience and conversion.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness.
  1. Content creation and management:
  • Develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including website content, social media content, and direct communication with resellers
  • Create compelling visuals, videos, and graphics to support marketing initiatives.
  • Craft compelling product descriptions and promotional materials to drive conversions.
  1. Offline event management:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate offline events that foster community building, such as meetups, workshops, and user conferences.

What are we looking for?

  • Based in Indonesia
  • Fluent in English and have a working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, and communicates effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and user research.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEM, social media advertising,and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Canva / Wix
