The Role
You will
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters
- Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies
You are
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- A strong communicator and collaborator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity
You (ideally) have
- A JD or other relevant legal degree
- Aced both the Series 24 and 63 exam with Finra
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
- Experience in the fintech industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
