About the role

Who are we?

We're a fast growing early-stage startup providing text marketing & feedback tools to restaurants. We’re going through the Y Combinator program from June - September 2022, and are looking for super high caliber sales professionals to accelerate growth. Our founders have participated in a $21M exit and been through Techstars with their prior ventures.

Compensation

  • Base + Commission = $65,000 - $85,000 OTE (Salary is $40,000 - $55,000)
  • Due to the velocity at which we plan to grow during YC, you may be asked to jump into a closing role extremely quickly, dramatically increasing your OTE.

What will I do?

Call, qualify, & schedule web demos with restaurants who have a need for our product.

About the interview

  1. 60 Second Intro Video - After receiving your application, we ask each candidate to record a 60 second video via the Volley app at https://talk.volley.app/boostly. Simply introduce yourself and tell us why you feel that we are a good fit for each other.
  2. Video Screening Interview - Over Zoom, we get to know you and answer any questions that you have about the role.
  3. In Person Interview - You'll come to our office and have a more formal behavioral based interview.
  4. Role Play Interview - Over Zoom, you'll role play 2 cold call scenarios and a 10 minute sales pitch.
