Boostly is an all-in-one SMS marketing and communications hub for restaurants. For example, restaurants use Boostly to build a CRM for their in-store, online, and call-in customers, and then we use SMS marketing to automatically market to customers based on their engagement with the brand. Boostly also provides an AI-powered phone assistant which handles call-in orders without staff intervention, improving efficiency and maximizing revenue, and then automatically engages the restaurant’s customers through SMS marketing to drive additional future orders. Boostly also collects feedback on the guest experience, enabling the restaurant to resolve issues in real-time and generate reviews.
Shane is the Co-founder and CEO of Boostly. He previously ran sales for Jolt, a restaurant operations software company, and was a sales leader, early team member, and investor in American HealthCare Lending (acquired by Prosper Marketplace). He previously founded an online ordering company which was acquired by StrideQ.

We founded Boostly in 10/2017 and went through a few pivots before we landed on this current concept that we’ve grown to roughly $1M in annual revenue through outbound sales. We’re just getting warmed up and plan to grow our marketing channels during YC.
