The backstory

In 2014, I pitched a panel of YC partners on an idea I called Nino: a personal assistant that could actually get things done for you. They passed; Justin Kan told me it was a little too early, and he was right. The detour to make it buildable became CoinTracker, now the market leader in crypto tax with 100k+ paying subscribers. Twelve years later, AI can finally be the agent, and after twelve years inside people's financial data, we know exactly what to build.

The problem

My CPA saw last year's return and my financial advisor didn't touch taxes. Nobody saw my whole picture, and nobody kept a plan current as my life and the tax rules changed. That default costs real money: missed exercise windows on stock options, surprise AMT bills, deductions nobody caught.
