Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, optimizing processes, executing and monitoring campaigns, and handling our social media channels. This role is crucial for supporting our global marketing efforts and driving data-driven decision-making.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing tech stack management:

    • Select, integrate, and manage marketing tools and platforms.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with marketing technologies.
  • Campaign execution:

    • Set up, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and web.
    • Implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Content creation and SEO:

    • Create high-quality, engaging content optimized for SEO.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
    • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Social media management:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    • Manage and grow our social media accounts, creating and scheduling content across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Medium, Youtube, etc.).
    • Monitor social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Competitor analysis:

    • Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
    • Recommend and implement new marketing initiatives based on competitive insights.
  • Data management and analysis:

    • Ensure data quality and integration across systems.
    • Generate and analyze KPIs and reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights.
    • Formulate data-driven recommendations for improved marketing strategies.
  • Process optimization:

    • Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency.
    • Develop and document marketing operations best practices and SOPs.
    • Ensure that marketing strategies are up-to-date with industry and technological developments.
  • Budget management:

    • Track marketing spend and ensure alignment with budget.
    • Manage resources to support campaign execution.

🙌 Your Profile

  • The candidate must be based in Berlin and authorized to work in Berlin without sponsorship. Please note that visa sponsorship is not supported.
  • At least 3 years of full time work experience in marketing operations or a similar role
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Google Trends, Webflow, etc.)
  • Proven experience in content creation and SEO optimization.
  • Familiarity with competitor analysis and market research.
  • Experience in managing social media channels and developing social media strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and has a good eye for excellence and accuracy
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product management, customer support, and engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their requirements

  • Sufficient understanding of anti-fraud, AML, and compliance domains
